The power of exercise on your mental health is immense. It is strongly recommended that you begin moving your body once your doctor has physical lifted restrictions during your postpartum. Remember to start slowly and focus more on the mental health benefits rather than weight-loss goals. You may be able to ward off symptoms of postpartum depression and anxiety by simply moving your body.
