Postpartum Prep Course
This is a structured, 6 week course will cover:
Week 1: The differences between postpartum conditions, prevention screenings, myths and assumptions, sleep, and hormones
Week 2: Breastfeeding, confidence, body image, movement, and nutrition
Week 3: Building a village, working mothers, and cognitive distortions/flaws
Week 4: Social media and communication
Week 5: Assertiveness and boundaries
Week 6: Support, coping strategies, and resources
Duration of each class: 90 minutes
Fees: $60 per week/ $360 for 6 week course series

Postpartum Support Group
This is a group that meets on a weekly basis. It is designed to support moms during their postpartum. This group is also designed to be less structured, allowing group members to discuss their own topics of interests while bonding with other mothers. Dr. Sandra Rodriguez-Siuts will provide education and guidance during each group session.
Duration: 90 minute group sessions
Group size: 5-8 group members
Fees: $60 per week, frequent attendance is encouraged.
